The Process:
- Create customized survey protocols. A consultant meets with your key people on-site or via conference calls to identify your information needs. We can start from scratch or search our extensive collection of professionally designed questionnaires and tailor an online survey to your exact needs. We then present a working draft of the survey for your approval, make agreed-upon revisions, and launch the web-based questionnaire.
- Collect responses via the Internet. You simply send out notices with instructions and the assigned web address to your employees (or customers or contacts).
- Analyze survey results using statistical tools.
- Present findings. We deliver the analytical and graphically illustrated reports by email. On-site presentation of survey results can be arranged.
